1. Shipping & Delivery
We ship internationally via trusted couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or similar).
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and courier rates.
Delivery times vary (typically 7–21 business days depending on location and customs clearance).
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
2. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Customers are responsible for all applicable fees imposed by their country’s customs authority.
Refusal to pay customs charges may result in the package being returned or destroyed. In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will exclude shipping costs and any non-recoverable fees.
3. Warranty & Returns
New Items: Covered by the manufacturer’s international warranty (where applicable).
Open Box & Pre-Owned Items: Covered by Wise Sound Audio’s limited warranty (typically 14 days), unless otherwise specified in the product listing.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in the same condition received, with all original packaging and accessories.
Shipping fees, customs charges, and duties are non-refundable.
4. Restrictions
Some products may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are permitted in their country before ordering.
We reserve the right to decline orders to destinations with high shipping risk.
