All shipments are sent via FedEx and are fully insured.
A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch.

Exchanges Only:
Exchanges are allowed solely for defective products upon arrival.
Customers must report any defects within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for an exchange.
Items must be returned unused, in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Clearance, discounted, and final sale items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed defective by our team.
