Product Condition
Wise Sound Audio offers products under three condition categories:
New (Sealed):
Brand new, factory-sealed units.
Full manufacturer’s warranty applies unless stated otherwise.
Open Box (Display Unit):
Units opened for display, photography, or demonstration purposes.
Items are fully inspected, cleaned, and verified functional before sale.
May show minor cosmetic signs (if any), clearly stated in product description.
Warranty coverage may have started from activation date; remaining warranty will be disclosed.
Pre-Owned:
Gently used items, inspected and tested to meet quality standards.
May show cosmetic signs of use, clearly photographed and described.
Pre-owned units come with a 14-day limited warranty by Wise Sound Audio unless otherwise noted.
Clearance Items:
Final sale items, often new or unopened but with activated warranty, old stock, or special circumstances.
Sold as-is, no return, refund, or exchange.

Open Box Items:
Remaining manufacturer warranty applies (if available), based on the date warranty was first activated.
Warranty period and activation details are disclosed individually on product listings.
Pre-Owned Items:
Backed by Wise Sound Audio’s 14-day limited warranty against functional defects.
Warranty covers major malfunctions but does not cover cosmetic wear, accidental damage, or misuse.
Clearance Items:
Sold under their existing warranty conditions, if applicable.
No additional warranty extension.
No return or exchange accepted for clearance stock.
